Designing with Architectural Principles + Materiality Tropical Rainforest Discovery Platform (Project 2)

In this assignment my team and I wanted to play with out of the world designs so we thought of organic designs. We chose our site to be a rocky river area. During our design process, we came up with getting inspiration from the shape of the rocks and felt like we wanted to implement it into a building structure. Besides that we also played with different heights of the structure allowing all views to be captured by the users. We wanted the structure to play with heights to enable the best field of vision throughout the structure and of the surroundings.
